Easy Fridge Pickles

This may very well be the easiest pickle recipe ever. With only four ingredients and hardly any wait time, it couldn’t be simpler. You’ll need a cucumber cut into spears, a teaspoon of salt, enough white vinegar to fill a mason jar, and a few sprigs of either dill or thyme.

Put all the ingredients together in a mason jar, seal it up, give it a good shake, and put it in the fridge. The pickles can be eaten the same day or saved for up to a month. The flavors get more concentrated the longer you wait.
